- What are the hours?
- The room is bookable 7 am – 8 pm, seven days a week. A half day is any 4-hour block in that window; a full day is the whole window.
- How do I pay?
- When you request a time we hold it. Once we approve — usually within a few hours, always within a day — QuickBooks emails you an invoice with a Pay Now link (card or bank transfer). Your booking is confirmed the moment it's paid, and nothing is charged until then. Unpaid holds are released after 24 hours.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from the link in your confirmation email, up to 2 hours before the booking. Paid bookings cancelled with notice are refunded.
- How do I get in?
- We email door details the day before. The room is inside a building of private offices, so it's quiet.
- I'm a tenant — do I pay?
- No. Tenants book the room free from the tenant portal.
